Clean rooms, very comfortable bed had a great nights rest each night. However, dinner was not enjoyable and expensive (because it was not good). We ordered steak which was over cooked but that was the least of it. The flavor was not good and the vegetable (glazed carrots) which I typically enjoy had a weird flavor. If they had a better chef I would rate them 5 stars. I would stay here again but definitely not eat here. Plenty of places to eat down the road.
The hotel layout is a bit odd and parking isn’t exactly the easiest thing to figure out (there are arrows indicating exit only on all the garage entrances...).
My husband and I are truly enjoying our stay here and everyone is super nice and helpful! I feel very comfortable here and I just can't wait to try the spa services during my stay! Dinner was delicious! Staff helpful, humorous and nice!! Very pleased and will definitely come again!
Overall a 4 star worthy stay.
Nice big clean spacious rooms. Beautiful indoor and out door pools and Jacuzzis. Steam rooms ,saunas, and hot tubs in locker rooms. On top of these great amenities the black Diamond pub has delicious breakfast and dinner, plus there is an array of great spa and salon services, from pedicures to hot stone and deep tissue massages. We bought their groupon which is a great deal for 2 nights which includes two $25.00. DINNER Vouchers, two BOGO Breakfast Vouchers, and A $50.00 off any spa services.
We stayed at the Mountain Club and could not have been more pleased. Everyone was so friendly. From the moment I spoke to Aaron in reservations to the folks working the gondola, and the staff in the hallways. We could not have asked for anything more. The Black Diamond Pub food was absolutely fantastic. There are nightly specials which are more than reasonably priced. You can even order food and go pick it up if you feel like eating in your room, which we did one night because we were exhausted from hiking. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the this resort. The pools (inside and out) are great, lawn games, everything you could ask for. Great place for couples or families.
Great in the fact that it is right on the mountain but rated it down due to how loud it is. Walls/doors are paper thin to sound, we heard everything during our stay.
