Good food. Great service. My Mom had her heart set on fish and chips which she saw on the menu but didn't see that it was the special for yesterday. Our server spoke to the chef and they brought her a broiled fish (and chips) plate that my picky Mom devoured. (It wasn't even on the menu!) My husband ordered the Delmonico steak, black and blue. While there steak was cooked well, it was a little grissly. I had the desert first bread and must admit I was a little suspicious of a pizza with hummus on it. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised.
Food was good, server was friendly. Very accommodating to a family that consisted of vegans, meat eaters and gluten free.
Terrible. The hostess was fine, the server no. Husband ordered clam chowder, which never arrived. I ordered salmon which comes with mashed potatoes and carrots. Said I didn't like carrots server said we can do double mashed or salad. I said a salad was great. Asked what kind of dressing I said house. Ordered pretzels sticks (which were great) and then out came our food. No chowder, no salad just two fish plates with mashed and carrots and both cold. Tartar sauce seemed like a foreign substance to them. It was nothing resembling a tartar sauce, more like a spicy mayo. I don't complain so i didn't bring it up. But when we got the bill a gratuity of $10.90 had already been added for using a coupon. I highly suggest to for go this restaurant, anything down the strip would be better and more reasonably priced. This restaurant is not worth your time.
We ate dinner here and had the salmon. The food was delicious, but the service was among the worst we have ever had! I don't recommend this place to anyone. Our waitress had no knowledge of the menu. After serving our meal she didn't come back and check on us even once. The next time we saw her was when she brought the bill over. She didn't ask if we wanted dessert or to see the menu, but proceeded to stand over us with the bill asking how we wanted to pay her. We had to tell her we weren't finished and would like time to look it over. She paid more attention to us at the point coming over numerous times to ask how we were paying, mind you we still hasn't finished. Each time making inappropriate small talk and jokes. The poor service will certainly keep us from going back.
Food was good. Service, not so much. It took a while for us to be seated, and even longer before our waitress came over. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they were busy, but they clearly weren't. We didn't get water for about 15 minutes after we sat. Our steaks came out but our waitress forgot to bring over knives. Not a big deal, she said she'd go get them. She left, for a while, and came back to take someone else's order. I walked up to her and asked if we could get knives and she said "I'll be right there." And then, they automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill - for 2 people.
