Awesome visit! Such fun for all ages. What a treat, looking forward to visiting again. Well worth the expense. Such a cool experience to play in ice. The ice slide was super neat. The crowds weren't too bad given the reservation system. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. Shoes with traction and weather resistant articles of clothing are best, especially if you intend to slide. Also bundle up because it will be nippy once the sun sets!

was living down south and was excited to come home and make the travel over here to see these. I went with someone and it was very crowded and honestly there wasn't much to see. It is also pricey for what is there. I was hoping to see more creativity with the ice. The castles all looked very similar. We went at night. If you want to see anything somewhat impressive, I recommend going at night when they are lit up (during the season of course). Also ordering tickets ahead of time is pretty much a must. You can purchase them at the booth in the front but it is not guaranteed that they will be available...(fyi)

Beautiful structures. It was nice to be there when the weather was warmer, but that meant the ice was melting on us too. Very popular place and very crowded.

Cold springs resort 's annual meeting has this trip scheduled. We are having dinner from hart's turkey on the train. We have had Christmas music, balloon animals, and strumming music. Fabulous time.

Gorgeous place with a friendly staff! My mother and I traveled up here in one of the snowstorms of this winter and the Ice Castles were worth it! Gorgeous towers and rooms of ice- and the best part- is there are colored lights within the ice that change colors. GORGEOUS. Also, my mother and I arrived earlier than we should have... (trying to see it within the dark- which is worth it) and the staff was VERY VERY friendly. A+ job everyone involved. Will visit next year!
