This experience was great fun. We took the sky rider package and were given a great intro by a reception lady and Ian the main guide who was assisted by some sombre team members. The views and experience were fantastic although my main critique would be to improve the explanation for anxious first timers. I recall a few more abrupt guides who could have improved their tone during initial zip rides. Tree hugging and rope ladder walking at high altitudes was a little scary. Would definitely recommend this for adventurous folk.
Day started off and ended perfectly!! Staff at checkin very helpful. Ride in comfy van to mountain where you zip was very comfortable. The ride to top of mountain was a blast!! Loved the bumps! Lots of fun and laughs for all. The guides we had were very friendly and made us all feel very safe as we climbed up bridges and ramps to get to platform to zip!! Can't say enough great things about the entire staff and experience!!! Looking forward to return visits!!!
We did the treetop tour. Great guides, awesome time. They spend just the right amount of time focusing on safety and explained fully what to do to have a fun experience. Want to go again!
Had such an amazing time on the Zipline tour, with a wonderful group of people! We got to check out a very cool treehouse along the route. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun adventure!
We had a great time here. We went on a weekday and had a private tour. The experience is worth the money. Guides are cool. I would recommend their skyrider package even if you are a first timer their guides are that good in taking care of you. Choose a peak fall weekend the view of the mountains during zipping is something you cannot miss. Their pendulum zip is the best, it's pretty much a freefall.
