We started coming here for ATVs about four years ago. Last year was just "ok", the kid that took us out was not that into it but it was a tradition so we stopped by this year. They did not answer the phone so we drove by to see if they had closed there was a number on the door and we tried it but did not hear back. I tried again and they called back but we were already out for the day and didn't connect. We drove by and saw they were open and stopped in. They girl at the desk said they had an opening in two days and took our number to call me back. We did not get a call. I called the day before we were supposed to go out and did not hear back. The day after I got a call from their number but decided not to bother as we had made other plans. This ends a 4 year tradition which is too bad but we will not be back.
I have to say, I am little suspicious of the negative reviews, must be a competitor as Cathy was nothing short of awesome to myself and two teenagers. We had great machines excellent instruction for the newbee teens and the helmets were fine.
We planned this excursion as a present for my nephews 14th birthday and he was sooooo excited to be able to drive his very own ATV. Kelly and Bri made sure that not only he felt confident, secure, and safe to be able to drive (for his very first time ever), but that we all felt the same (including his nervous mom). Additionally, we had my 6 year old nephew who has autism in tow with us, and weren’t completely sure how he would respond to all the sensory overload. With that , Kelly made sure to do multiple check ins during the course, stop for pictures, and engaged with him and everyone in the party throughout our ride.
my fiancée and i had an awesome time on outbacks atv trails... it was great for us because we hadn't been on an atv in some years and our guide had us riding comfortably in no time... the views are amazing and you go from riding in the woods to along mountain views, thru muddy ponds and rocky terrains. we had a really fun time and would rate it as the most fun thing we did while in lincoln and we went everywhere and did everything.
My family and I loved the atv tour thanks to bri the tour guide she made it a fun time and one of the best memories weve had for a while hopefully we will be back soon
As a result of Kelly and Bri’s amazing knack for planning a perfect day, my 14 year old nephew said it was the best birthday present/experience ever and my autistic 6 year old nephew said it was an absolute adventure and he wanted more! Success!
Kelly and Bri are FANTASTIC. They have restored my faith that there still is such a thing as customer service! From the very first phone call from Kelly responding to my initial inquiry, to the very last phone call when she pro-actively was making sure we had the correct directions, and every touchpoint in between (like pictures she sent us of Matilda the Moose) – it was clear that Kelly actually cared about making sure my family was going to have a blast!
We owe it all to Kelly and Bri- so thank you ladies for everything. We will absolutely be coming back! I recommend that if you are reading this, that you make sure to visit Outback asap!
Based on the reviews I was concerned when I booked, but even the vibe I got from our initial conversation was great and it continued the entire time during the rental, we had a blast. Much appreciated Cathy, we will be back.
Their land is great, with a wide variety of terrain, water, hills, mud and sand. Plenty of tight twisting trails that you can tear through. We had an absolute blast and she made my son's birthday a blast. She showed the personal service you expect from NH. If you want to tear on for miles at 60mph then I suggest how buy you own machine and hit the state trails . If you want a great family business in the heart of the White Mountains then give Cathy a call.
