They told us the water level was fine. The sign outside said that the water level was "good." We got out there and ended up walking and carrying our kayaks most of the way. We are now bruised, banged up, and exhausted. We were told that there were only a few spots where we would maybe need to walk through. Was a half an hour late to pick us up and then was very rude to us when we told him about our awful experience. He argued about water level after we showed him pictures and then would not do anything for us. We felt lied to, and would not advise anyone to go there.
Went out on 8/02/17. Meg got us all set up up and dropped us off at the Pemigewasset River. Her instructions were spot on for the the low water conditions but it was still a great time. She even brought us some ice cold water for the ride back to Lincoln. I would recommend their service to anyone and I plan on going back again when the level gets a little higher. It's a great value for the money.

Service was great they were waiting for us at the pickup spot with cold drinks and they even had free hotdogs back at the store which was great for the kids to hold them over ! Water levels were low in some spots but the driver explained at the put in how to navigate and none of us had to get out...also most of the river is knee deep which makes it pretty safe!
Rented out kayaks for my wife, myself and my 7 year old son. Staff was friendly and rental was easy. The guide was helpful in giving us tips on some of the tougher spots on the river (water level was low) and even a few pointers on a few of the local restaurants afterwards. Great overall day.
