Lots of fun. My son loves this place. There are some really great water slides, even for little kids. The park is well kept. As is always the case, the food is expensive and lackluster. All in all it is a great park.

This is a very nice cozy place we went on a day when the weather was not spectacular so it wasn't overly crowded I'm not sure how it gets on very good weather days. But it was perfect lines were short and when ever we needed to rest we always found a place to sit. You are allowed to bring in food and we found a nice spot to picnic they have side tables next to the lawn chairs which made lunch very convenient. The views are amazing I couldn't get enough of the sites. The park isn't very big you can see from one end to the other and see your car from a lot of the rides, but they have a good variety of slides and kiddie areas and pools and lazy river etc. I was satisfied with the water attractions there. They also have a poolside DJ a gift shop and a few different places to eat at. The staff was very friendly and helpful you feel very welcome here. I would definitely head back here it was a great day and a lovely place.

The staff was friendly, the lifeguards were super friendly and very attentive. The water was a little cool, but it is the White Mountains after all. I was trying to choose between this place and Water Country, but based on the reviews of Water Country and it's horrible bathrooms, I chose whale's tail. I'm very glad I did. On the day we went, they had a pipe rupture, and some of the bigger water slides are not working, so they offered us discounts for next time. I thought this was very nice. Especially since they got the slides up and running that day anyways.

The best water park I've found. NOt the biggest, but the best. Been there twice now, can't wait to go back.

Went on a cold, overcast day in the summer only to have a teenager repeatedly yell at me that I could not use an extra tube to enjoy the empty lazy river. I was simply trying to keep more of my body out of the water while trying to relax away from the kids for a while. Don't know how they survive being hostile to (over)paying guests in such a short often inclement weather season...

I found the place clean, inviting, and very well laid out. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant. I saw people had brought in their own coolers of food- how awesome is that!

I live around the area and understand that it's mostly out of staters that are visiting anyways but whales tale has just gotten so boring and overpriced. There isn't much honestly and $40? Cmon. I went a couple days ago with friends and had gone on everything and was bored after 2 hours. Went to water country in Portsmouth today and it was way cheaper and had so much more to do.
